Yes. You can be both a creator and a learner. but you'll need to create an account to be a learner. Signing up allows you to purchase and access courses. You can visit our Become a Partner page on how to become an instructor.
Installment payments are not currently available for full courses. However, you can pay per module, allowing you to purchase individual sections of a course at your own pace. Module pricing is clearly displayed before purchase.
